Science & Memory

The Science and Memory project is an experiential learning class at the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication. For four consecutive years, dedicated professors have teamed up with passionate students to figure out how best to cover stories about climate change. In 2018, students traveled to the Oregon Coast and Cordova, Alaska with the intent to listen, learn, and produce. The following photos were taken over the course of our summer in the field.
